1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The initial arrangements

In accordance with the Terms and commercial conditions herein set forth, we defined the relationship between NATURPACK S. R. L. | VAT NUMBER 08239780722 with registered offices in Via Licinio Crasso, N. C., 76123 Andria BT, in the quality of the seller and manager of the shop electronically available to the address naturpack.enand , our client, with whom we enter into a purchase contract.
We adopt the same criteria for all of our customers and provide them with the same benefits, regardless of whether they are consumers or not. Therefore, the rules set forth in the Terms and conditions of business apply for all of our customers.
These Terms and conditions relate mainly to the purchase of goods from our own production and, accordingly, shall apply to the purchase of goods made through either the customer service, both through the use of the e-commerce platform or at one of our stores cannot be virtual, or by means of representation.

2. CONCLUSION OF A PURCHASE CONTRACT

It is possible to conclude a purchase contract at a distance through the e-commerce or our line for the customers.

3. WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT INDICATION OF REASONS

For the refund we will use the same method used by the customer to the payment of the purchase price, unless other agreements. In the event that the package should be opened we will apply the depreciation in accordance with applicable law, and the new value of the product.
The customer must return the goods without undue delay, and not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal, submitting them to NATURPACK S. R. L. in Via Licinius Crassus, N. C., 76123 Andria BT.
The customer will bear the expenses related to the return of the products.
Observe that, in accordance with the law, the customer will be held liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from a handling of the goods which is not limited to what is essential to ascertain the nature, properties and functionality (for example, if you use a product even after having already tried).
Please note that the customer will not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of goods specially manufactured according to requirements provided by the customer or custom-made products as well as in the case of goods which do not allow for the hygienic reasons, the reintegration into its packaging after having been extracted.

4. COMPLAINTS

If the products should present a defect, we can recognize the customer compensation in the form of the good. The customer will also have the right to demand the deletion of the defect with delivery of a replacement product or repair of the product delivered.
In the event that the defect removal is impossible or deemed not reasonable. The customer shall have the right to ask for a discount on the purchase price or withdraw from the contract

We will inform the customer by e-mail or whatsapp on the state of progress of the complaint, in particular to its receipt, as well as the possible acceptance or denial. It is also possible that the customer is contacted by us by telephone.
The decision on the claim will be timely. The process of the complaint, including the elimination of the defect, shall not exceed the thirty (30) days; otherwise, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. To meet these deadlines is essential to the collaboration of the customer.
If a complaint is justified, we will support expenses related to the return of the products.

5. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING METHOD

6. GENERAL INFORMATION
